It faces south overlooking the sweep of the south Devon coast. You can see for about 40 miles to Start Point.
It isn't in a row of identical caravans. It's in a very quaint caravan park on which each caravan has an individual plot. The caravan isn't overlooked. On our track there are six other caravans and these are generally not all occupied at the same time. So very few people pass. It's about two minutes walk to the beach which is very peaceful - never crowded.
Inside
The caravan is very comfortable with everything you need.
It's two years old and well designed with modern appliances. There is double glazing. Gas and electric appliances have a safety certificate issued this year.
There is:
- a large living area
- fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full-size cooker, microwave etc
- double bedroom
- second bedroom with two singles
- spacious shower room
- heating throughout
- duvets, pillows, blankets, tea towels. (You need to take your own bed linen and towels.)
- TV with digital channels and good reception; DVD; video; radio. Lots of videos in the cupboard.
- iron and ironing board.
Outside
There are all the things you need:
- a seating area to the side with table and chairs
- a big parasol
- a barbeque
- wi-fi can be bought from the Sea Shanty caravan site office

People, cars, pets
The caravan is for no more than four people. There are parking permits for two cars. Sorry, no pets.
